How can I become a member?

Do you already have an account with Team Visma | Lease a Bike? Then you are already a free member of the Fan Peloton. When you are logged in, you can upgrade your account to the Fan Peloton pro or premium membership.

You don't have an account yet? Then sign up for free here and immediately receive a 5 euro discount for your first purchase over 70 euro in our webshop!

I have a free account, how do I use the 5 euro discount?

Make sure you are logged in. Then you can claim the discount code under 'your benefits' in your profile, which can be used once only in our shop.

What memberships are there?

We offer the following memberships:

  • Free membership
  • Premium for Fans
  • Pro for Riders

How do I change my details?

I do not receive the newsletter, what can I do?

That is a pity! First check your spam box to see if you can find an e-mail from us there. You can subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom left of this page.

Where can I find my membership number?

You will find your member number at the top of your profile.

I have a premium membership, can I also upgrade to a pro membership?

Yes, this is possible. Change your membership here

I have a pro membership, can I also convert this to a premium membership?

You can change your pro membership to a premium membership after one year. Change your membership here.

How do I use my discount code?

After you have placed your favourite items in the shopping basket via the shop, you can add your discount code in the basket. Click 'update' to activate the code in the basket.

My discount code does not work, what can I do?

Please send an e-mail to fanpeloton@teamvismaleaseabike.nl so we can check what's wrong.

How can I participate in the monthly lottery?

You can enter the lottery every month. You can enter on this page.

How do I get access to the WhatsApp channel?

The WhatsApp channel is exclusively for Fan Peloton members. Through your profile you will find the link to the channel.

When will I receive my shirt?

It may take a few weeks before we send your package. You will receive an e-mail from us the moment the package is sent.

Please note: We do not ship to every country. Please take a look at our delivery page, to see if we ship to your country.

I did not receive a welcome pack, what can I do? (Premium for Fans & Pro for Riders)

Send an email to fanpeloton@teamvismaleaseabike.nl so we can check where your welcome pack is.

How do I cancel my membership?

After 1 year, it is possible to adjust or cancel your paid Fan Peloton membership. You can do this easily via your own profile. Click here to adjust your subscription.
