Promotional Terms and Conditions 

1.Eligibility

1.1 This competition is only open to participants over the age of 18 years old. 

1.2 Employees of both Yellow B and Destination Sport and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Only one completed entry per person is permitted during the promotional period: August 18, 2025 until August 25, 2025

1.4 This competition is open to residents of any country.

2. Entry Period

2.1 The competition begins on August 18 at 12:00 AM and ends on August 25 at 10:00 AM GMT.

2.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the competition, simply complete the entry form.

4. Prize Details

4.1. One randomly selected participant will win:

1 x Training Camp Experience with Team Visma | Lease a Bike which starts on the 6th December 2025. This is a fully supported five-day camp, where you are guided by ex-pros and enjoy access to the World Tour Men’s Team on one of those days.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

5.2. Once a winner has been drawn, they will not be re-submitted back into the draw for the subsequent prizes. This is to ensure there is a different winner for each prize. 

5.3. The winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days after the closing date.

5.4. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited

5.5 The winner may not put someone else in his/her place to collect the prize.

5.6 In the event of reasonable suspicion of improper influence on the Promotion, abuse or fraud, Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to refuse entries or participants in the Promotion or to (retrospectively) forfeit the right to a prize.

6. General Conditions

6.1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.2. By submitting the form, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sportive Breaks – update for GDPR rules. 

6.3. Yellow B. and Sportive Breaks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a disruptive manner.

6.4. Yellow B. and Sportive Breaks reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the giveaway.

6.5 The names and/or photos/recordings of the winner may, with the winner's express prior written consent, be used in promotional activities relating to this Promotion. The winner shall in no event be entitled to any (financial) compensation.

6.6 The prize is not redeemable for cash and/or other prizes.

6.7 All intellectual property rights to texts, images, layout, software or other information relating to this Promotion belong to Team Visma | Lease a Bike.

6.8 Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be objected to and in no way constitute an obligation on the part of Team Visma | Lease a Bike.

6.9 In cases not covered by these Promotion Terms and Conditions, Team Visma | Lease a Bike will decide.

6.10 Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion in the interim and/or to end the promotion prematurely.
