The Amacx Isotonic Energy Drink helps replenish fuel stores during a long workout. This drink contains both glucose and fructose (2:1 ratio).This balance allows your body to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. With products without this ratio, your body can absorb 70 grams per hour. This sports drink has a unique electrolyte balance that allows you to replenish electrolytes immediately. Available in Lemon and Forest Fruit.

Take this sports drink at least 1 hour before or during exercise (± 125ml every 15 minutes).

Usage
The Energy Drink can be used before, during or after exercise. Recommended dose: Mix 40g of powder (3 scoops) or 31g of powder (2 scoops) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 39g or 30g of carbohydrates. Drink 1 bottle per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate and fluid requirements.
