An ideal source of carbohydrates. The sports bar consists of both simple and complex carbohydrates. This mix ensures that the nutrients are gradually absorbed by your body. This makes this sports bar ideal during a long effort or as a snack. The bar has no coating and is available in banana, coconut, lemon and sweet fig flavours.

Usage
Take the Energy Oat Bar before, during or after exercise. Recommended use: Eat 1-2 bars per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements. The Amacx Isotonic Energy Drink helps replenish fuel stores during a long workout. The Energy Drink can be used before, during or after exercise. Recommended dose: Mix 40g of powder (3 scoops) or 31g of powder (2 scoops) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 39g or 30g of carbohydrates. Drink 1 bottle per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate and fluid requirements.

A customer-ready sports gel to which water has already been added. This gel contains several carbohydrate sources with a gradual release (2:1 carbohydrate ratio). Available in several fresh flavours.
