About Attila Valter

Attila Valter joined the Team in the winter of 2022/2023 after leaving Groupama FDJ. Valter has already demonstrated a lot of potential in multi-day stage races. He won the Tour of Hungary in 2020. With the fourteenth-place finish in the Giro 2021's general classification, the cyclist made a name for himself in Italy. His fourth place in Strade Bianche 2022 should not go unnoticed either. In 2025, the Hungarian will represent Team Visma | Lease a Bike in his red, white, and green champion shirt after winning the national championship for the third year in a row. Valter also showed the colours in 2023 when he conquered the Vuelta with teammate Sepp Kuss and thus made cycling history by being part of the very first team to win all the Grand Tours in one year.
