William Smith has been part of Team Visma | Lease a Bike Development since the beginning of 2025. The young Brit has a lot of potential as a climber and hopes to further develop and realize that potential over the next two seasons. In 2025 he has particularly impressed at the mountainous Tour Alsace, where he climbed with the best, and in the Tour of South Bohemia, where he won a stage and the overall classification.
