Promotional terms and conditions of the win contest for the Wout van Aert signed cycling jersey

Promotional terms and conditions 

1. These action terms and conditions (hereinafter: the Action Terms) apply to the signed Wout van Aert cycling jersey giveaway by Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
2. The promotion runs from May 18, 2025 to May 23, 2025 23:59 (hereinafter: the Promotion Period).
3. One winner will be selected (hereinafter: winner).
4. By entering this competition, participants indicate their agreement with these participation terms and conditions.
5. The winner of the competition will be selected by Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
6. There will be no correspondence about the results.
7. The winner of this promotion will win the following prize: a Wout van Aert signed cycling jersey
8. Maximum one participation per person.
9. Participation and collection of prizes is possible from the age of 18.
10. The prize is not redeemable for cash and/or other prizes.
11. The winner may not put someone else in his/her place to collect the prize.
12. At the request of Team Visma | Lease a Bike, the winner must be able to provide valid proof of identity when collecting the prize.
13. If a participant's details are found to be incorrect, Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to exclude the participant in question from participation in the Promotion and/or to withdraw the right to collect the prize.
14. The winner of the prize will be contacted by Team Visma | Lease a Bike by email no later than May 30, 2025.
15. If the winner has not been reached within 2 days of the initial approach via the details known to Team Visma | Lease a Bike and/or has not responded to the notification to this effect, the prize will be forfeited to the first reserve winner.
16. In the event of reasonable suspicion of improper influence on the Promotion, abuse or fraud, Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to refuse entries or participants in the Promotion or to (retrospectively) forfeit the right to a prize.
17. The names and/or photos/recordings of the winner may, with the winner's express prior written consent, be used in promotional activities relating to this Promotion. he/she shall in no event be entitled to any (financial) compensation.
18. Team Visma | Lease a Bike is not liable for any (consequential) damages of participants or third parties that may arise in any way from this Promotion.
19. All intellectual property rights to texts, images, layout, software or other information relating to this Promotion belong to Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
20. Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be objected to and in no way constitute an obligation on the part of Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
21. In cases not covered by these Promotion Terms and Conditions, Team Visma | Lease a Bike will decide.
22. Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion in the interim and/or to end the promotion prematurely.
23. Employees of Team Visma | Lease a Bike and its partners are excluded from participation.
