Terms and conditions of the Floris van Bommel competition

Terms and conditions for this Floris van Bommel Tour win contest by Team Jumbo-Visma

1. These action terms and conditions (hereafter: the Action Terms and Conditions) apply to the Floris van Bommel Vuelta competition of Team Jumbo-Visma.
2. The promotion runs from October 27, 2023 until November 3, 2023 23:59 (hereinafter: the Promotion Period).
3. There will be 3 winners during this promotion (hereinafter: the winners).
4. By participating in this contest, participants indicate their agreement with these participation terms and conditions.
5. The winners of the contest will be selected by Team Jumbo-Visma.
   
6. There will be no correspondence about the results.
   
7. The winners of this action will win a pair of Floris van Bommel shoes in his or her specified shoe size.
   
8. Maximum one participation per person.
   
9. Participation and prize collection is only possible from the age of 18.
   
10. The prize is not redeemable for cash and/or other prizes.
    
11. The winner may not substitute someone else in his/her place to collect the prize.
    
12. At the request of Jumbo-Visma, the winner must be able to provide valid proof of identity when collecting the prize.
    
13. If it turns out that the data provided by a participant is incorrect, Jumbo-Visma has the right to exclude the participant in question from participation in the Promotion and/or may decide to void the right to collect the prize.
    
14. The winner of the prize will be contacted by Team Jumbo-Visma by email no later than November 7, 2023.
15. If within 2 days after the first approach the winner has not been reached through the data known to Team Jumbo-Visma and/or has not responded to the notification hereof, the prize will be forfeited to the first reserve winner.
16. In the event of reasonable suspicion of undue influence on the Promotion, abuse or fraud, Jumbo-Visma bv reserves the right to refuse entries or participants in the Promotion or to forfeit the right to a prize (retrospectively).
17. The names and/or photos/recordings of the winner may, with the winner's express prior written consent, be used in promotional activities in connection with this Promotion. he/she will in no event be entitled to any (financial) compensation.
18. Team Jumbo-Visma is not liable for any (consequential) damages of participants or third parties that may arise in any way from this Promotion.
19. All intellectual property rights to text, images, layout, software or other information relating to this promotion belong to Jumbo-Visma.
20. Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors are not objectionable and in no way constitute an obligation for Team Jumbo-Visma.
21. In cases not covered by these Terms and Conditions of Promotion, Team Jumbo-Visma will decide.
22. Team Jumbo-Visma reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion and/or to end the promotion prematurely.
23. Employees of Team Jumbo-Visma and its partners are excluded from participation.
