Tour jersey 'The Swarm' - Terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions of action (hereinafter: the Action Terms) apply to Team Visma | Lease a Bike's 'The Swarm' campaign.
- The promotion runs from April 25, 2025 to April 30, 2025 inclusive (hereinafter: the Promotion Period).
- By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- While supplies last or until Thursday, April 30, 2025 at the latest, the Participant can obtain a place on the shirt with first and possibly last name when purchasing The Swarm shirt.
- It is not possible for the participant to exchange or return the shirt purchased in this Promotion.
- The participant is allowed to give a name other than his/her own name if this is the name of people in their immediate circle (family, friends or colleagues).
- After purchase it is not possible for the participant to change the given name. See also the General shop Terms and Conditions.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. These are products that are custom-made especially for the Customer or have a personal addition, such as a name or back number. Personalized products can therefore not be returned or exchanged, unless there is a production error or damage upon receipt.
- The name may not have an offensive or otherwise sensitive meaning or reference. Names of well-known personalities, athletes or cyclists are also excluded. In addition, only personal names may be used and company names, for example, are excluded from participation. Team Visma | Lease a Bike may refuse or change a given name at any time without giving reasons.
- The given name for placement on the jersey may consist of up to 30 characters. Punctuation marks and/or numbers are allowed but it is not possible to use characters other than from the Latin script.
- The Participant has no influence on which spot on the jersey(s) his/her name will be placed or which rider will ride around with his/her name on the jersey.
- Participant, by participating in the promotion and purchasing The Swarm jersey, gives permission for the specified name to be incorporated into the jersey.
- By participating in the promotion and purchasing The Swarm-shirt, participant gives permission to Team Visma | Lease a Bike to use the given name in promotional communications.
- Team Visma | Lease a Bike is not liable for any damages of participants or third parties that may arise in any way from this Promotion.
- All intellectual property rights to texts, images, layout, software or other information relating to this Promotion belong to Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
- Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be invoked and in no way constitute an obligation on the part of Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
- In cases not covered by these terms and conditions of action, Team Visma | Lease a Bike will decide.
- Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion and/or to end the promotion prematurely.
- Team Visma | Lease a Bike appoints in advance the possibility that its riders participate in the Tour de France in a shirt other than The Swarm. Being required to wear a leader's jersey or the national champion's jersey are among such scenarios.
- Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion at any time if it believes that the participant has violated one or more conditions of participation, provided incorrect or incomplete information, or violated any laws in any way.
