Content production before cycling season
In the last couple of weeks, many partners have informed with us about the possibilities to make content with the riders of our cycling team in support of various campaigns. As indicated, in view of the situation and the (precautionary) measures regarding the Corona virus, we should still avoid the number of contacts with our riders. Special times require a special approach, we hope for your understanding.
Approach content moments with cycling team
- In the coming weeks we will create three final content moments with Tom Dumoulin, Dylan Groenewegen and Wout van Aert before the season finally starts. The three riders are all available for half a day to create (partner) content.
- At the content moments it is only possible to use the photographer (Bram Berkien) and the video team (Southfields) of Team Jumbo-Visma. Own production teams are not allowed and the presence from the partner itself is also not possible.
- At this moment the maximum time per partner is 30 minutes for the content creation per rider. It’s possible that this will be expanded that depends on the number of requests.
- Based on all requests, we will judge which requests we can meet. We prioritize the requests on the basis of the category of the partnership (main sponsors, co-sponsors, sub-sponsors, official partners, suppliers) and the degree of complexity of the request.
- Before we start production there is the possibility to have contact with the photographer and/or the video team. This to further clarify the briefing.
- We will provide the raw footage of the production after the content moment on the basis of the briefing. It’s up to the partner to make a "final product" (possibly with the help of our photographer or our video team).
- During the three moments, it’s ensured that in addition to the mentioned leaders, other riders are also present. This enables the possibility to make video / photography in a group.
