Actievoorwaarden WIN-actie Tignes
Lees de actievoorwaarden voor de win-actie Tignes van Team Jumbo-Visma.
- These promotion conditions (hereinafter: the Promotion Conditions) apply to the "Tignes promotion" of Team Jumbo-Visma.
- The Tignes Promotion runs from July 11th, 2020 up to and including July 30th 12:00, 2020 (hereinafter: the Promotion Period).
- There will be 1 winner during this promotion (hereinafter: the winner).
- By participating in this competition, participants indicate that they agree to these participation conditions.
- The winner of the competition is determined by Team Jumbo-Visma.
- There will be no correspondence about the result.
- The winner of this promotion will win a free stay for one week in a 2 rooms apartment (6 persons max) in Kalinda Tignes 1800 for the summer of 2021 valid for all weeks except 07/08/2021 and 14/08/2021.
- Maximum one participation per person.
- Participate and collect prizes from the age of 18.
- The prize is not exchangeable for cash and / or other prizes.
- The winner may not put someone else in his place to collect the prize.
- At the request of Jumbo-Visma, the winner must be able to identify himself with a valid proof of identity when collecting the prize.
- If it appears that the information provided by a participant is incorrect, Jumbo-Visma has the right to exclude the participant concerned from participating in the Promotion and / or it can be decided to cancel the right to collect the prize.
- The winner of the prize will be contacted by e-mail by Team Jumbo-Visma no later than July 30th 2020.
- If the winner has not been reached within 2 days after the first approach via the data known to Team Jumbo-Visma and / or has not responded to the relevant notification, the prize will be forfeited to the first reserve winner.
- In the event of a reasonable suspicion of unlawful influencing of the Promotion, abuse or fraud, Jumbo-Visma reserves the right to refuse participation or participants in the Promotion or to cancel the right to a prize (afterwards).
- The names and / or photos / recordings of winners may, if they expressly agree with this in writing in advance, be used for promotional activities in connection with this Promotion. Under no circumstances are they entitled to any (financial) compensation.
- Jumbo-Visma is not liable for any (consequential) damage of participants or third parties that may arise in any way from this Promotion.
- All intellectual property concerning texts, images, layout, software or other information regarding this Promotion belong to Jumbo-Visma.
- Printing, game, typesetting or similar errors cannot be relied upon and in no way constitute an obligation for Team Jumbo-Visma.
- In cases not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Team Jumbo-Visma will decide.
- Team Jumbo-Visma reserves the right to change the promotional conditions and / or to end the promotion prematurely.
- Employees of Team Jumbo-Visma and its partners are excluded from participation.
