Sven Kramer: ‘You can do a lot by yourself, but with a good team, you can do everything’

A new team, a new challenge. And a challenge it was for Sven Kramer. The first year for the world’s best speed skater at Team LottoNL-Jumbo wasn’t flawless. Nevertheless, the Dutchman added three all-round titles to his already impressive tally. And still, he’s not quite satisfied yet...

 

Sven Kramer’s trophy cabinet was already bulging before he decided to join Team LottoNL-Jumbo last summer. This year, despite a “minimal summer” he won another national, European and world title all-round. And behind the trophies were quite a few drops of sweat...
