The faithful servant in the sprint train: Timo Roosen waves goodbye after nine years with Team Jumbo-Visma

After a period of nine years, Timo Roosen is saying goodbye to Team Jumbo-Visma. The Dutchman experienced the team's rise from LottoNL-Jumbo to the Grand Tour Trilogy of 2023. To look back on the years of teamwork, we have collected the most beautiful photos of Roosen.

2015 t/m 2020

In his first years on the team, Roosen was a loyal servant on Dylan Groenewegen's sprint train. The Dutchman regularly ensured that his colleague could cross the line first. Roosen himself also managed to win twice. In 2017, he managed to win the second stage of the Tour des Fjords and wrote the Tacx Pro Classic to his name.

His biggest success, however, was yet to follow. In 2021, Roosen managed to become the Dutch champion by arriving solo on the VAM Mountain. In his penultimate season, the Dutchman also managed to win the second stage of the Vuelta a Burgos.
