2020 & 2021
Leemreize joined Team Jumbo-Visma's Development Team in 2020. Already a year later, the Gelderlander made the step up to the professionals. That year, Leemreize won the Ronde de l'Isard.

2022 & 2023
With five top-10 places and a sixth place in the young riders classification, the Dutchman showed himself in the 2022 Giro d'Italia. In 2023, Leemreize proved to be a loyal servant by helping his leaders to overall victory in the Itzulia Basque Country, ZLM Tour and the Vuelta a Burgos.
