Again this winter, Van Aert could not hide his love for cyclocross. Despite his limited program with an eye on the spring classics, the former world champion was at the start with nine crosses. In Essen and Heusden-Zolder, the Belgian rider celebrated victories in front of his own crowd. He conclude his cyclocross campaign with a beautiful victory in Spanish Benidorm.
