The national road championships 2026: the results
This year, Team Visma | Lease a Bike riders will once again compete across several countries for the coveted national road race titles and the honour of wearing the national champion's jersey for the next year. From the Netherlands and Belgium to Germany, France, Italy, Great Britain, Norway, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, discover all the results and performances of our riders at the National Road Championships here.
Other National Championships
Solid results were also achieved at other national championships. In Poland, Patryk Goszczurnyc finished 16th, while Matej Piták rode to 15th place in the Czech Republic. In Great Britain, Matthew Brennan took 14th place, and in Italy, Fabio Regatta crossed the line in 37th position.
Win for Elliot Rowe 🇬🇧
Elliot Rowe claimed the British U23 National Road title, adding another national championship to the team's successful weekend. With this victory, Rowe will wear the British U23 national champion's jersey for the next year.
Win for Katharina! 🇦🇹
Katharina Sadnik claimed the Austrian National Road title after an impressive performance. On the third lap, she bridged across to Christina Schweinberger, with the pair going on to contest the race-winning move. In the final sprint, Sadnik proved to be the strongest, securing the Austrian national champion's jersey.
Win for Lieke! 💛
Lieke Nooijen can now call herself the new Dutch National Road Race Champion. After an exciting race, she kept her composure in the closing moments and sprinted to the national title. With this victory, she will wear the iconic red, white, and blue Dutch national champion's jersey for the next year.

Imogen Wolff second place! 🇬🇧
Imogen Wolff claimed a strong second-place finish at the British National Road Championships. After an impressive performance throughout the race, she secured the silver medal with a determined ride. A well-deserved result and another podium finish for the team. nederlands?
Wilco! 🇳🇱
Wilco Kelderman is the new Dutch national road champion. After an impressive 25-kilometer solo attack, he held off the chasing riders to cross the finish line alone. With the victory, Kelderman earns the right to wear the red, white, and blue Dutch national champion's jersey for the next year.

Viktoria! 💛
There was reason to celebrate in Slovakia today. Viktoria powered to victory with a stunning solo ride, earning the right to wear the national champion’s jersey once again this year.

Racing in Italy and France!
Our team was also in action in France and Italy during the national championships.
In France, Marion battled her way to thirteenth place on a demanding course, while Pietro unfortunately did not get the chance to contest the sprint in Italy.
