Terms and conditions for 'Win an adventure in one of Team Jumbo-Visma's cars during the Tour de France!'.

1. These action terms and conditions (hereinafter: the Action Terms and Conditions) apply to the action: 'Win an adventure in one of Team Jumbo-Visma's cars during the Tour de France!'.

2. The promotion starts at June 9 and will end on June 18.

3. By participating in this promotion, participants indicate their agreement with these terms and conditions of participation.

4. By participating in this promotion, participants will have a chance to travel to France for two days with a friend and experience stage 8 up close. The prize includes travel and accommodation costs.

5. The winner of the contest will be selected by Team Jumbo-Visma.

6. Maximum one entry per person, based on email address.

7. The winner of the prize will be announced via the social media channels of Nacon.

8. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash and/or other prizes.

9. At the request of Team Jumbo-Visma, the winner and the entrant must be able to identify themselves with a valid identity document.

10. If it appears that the information provided by a participant is incorrect, Team Jumbo-Visma has the right to exclude the participant in question from participation in the Promotion and/or to withdraw the right to collect the prize.

11. In the event of a reasonable suspicion of improper influence on the Promotion, abuse or fraud, Team Jumbo-Visma bv reserves the right to refuse participation or participants in the Promotion or to void the right to collect a prize (afterwards).

12. The names and/or photos/recordings of winners may be used in promotional activities in connection with this Promotion. Under no circumstances are they entitled to any (financial) compensation.

13. Team Jumbo-Visma is not liable for any (consequential) damages of participants or third parties that may arise in any way from this Promotion.

14. Winners are responsible for their own travel and health insurance abroad.

15. All intellectual property rights to texts, images, layout, software or other information relating to this promotion belong to Jumbo-Visma.

16. Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be objected to and in no way imply an obligation for Team Jumbo-Visma.

17. In cases where these Terms and Conditions of Promotion do not provide, Team Jumbo-Visma will decide.

18. Team Jumbo-Visma maintains the right to change the conditions of the promotion and/or to end the promotion prematurely.

19. Employees of Team Jumbo-Visma and its partners are excluded from participation.
