- These promotion conditions (hereinafter: the Promotion Conditions) apply to the "Tour de France" of Team Jumbo-Visma.
- The Tour de France Promotion runs from June 28th, 2019 up to and including July 6th 15:00, 2019 (hereinafter: the Promotion Period).
- By participating in this competition, participants indicate that they agree to these participation conditions.
- The winner of the competition is determined on the basis of the prediction entered. If there are participants with the same number of good answers, a draw will determine the winner.
- There will be no correspondence about the result.
- The winner of this promotion will win an autographed Team Jumbo-Visma shirt from the Tour de France and two VIP tickets for the Binck Bank Tour.
- Maximum one participation per person.
- Participate and collect prizes from the age of 18.
- The prize is not exchangeable for cash and / or other prizes.
- The winner may not put someone else in his place to collect the prize.
- At the request of Jumbo-Visma, the winner must be able to identify himself with a valid proof of identity when collecting the prize.
- If it appears that the information provided by a participant is incorrect, Jumbo-Visma has the right to exclude the participant concerned from participating in the Promotion and / or it can be decided to cancel the right to collect the prize.
- The winner of the prize will be contacted by telephone or e-mail by Team Jumbo-Visma no later than July 31st 2019.
- If the winner has not been reached within 2 weeks after the first approach via the data known to Team Jumbo-Visma and / or has not responded to the relevant notification, the prize will be forfeited to the first reserve winner.
- In the event of a reasonable suspicion of unlawful influencing of the Promotion, abuse or fraud, Jumbo-Visma reserves the right to refuse participation or participants in the Promotion or to cancel the right to a prize (afterwards).
- The names and / or photos / recordings of winners may, if they expressly agree with this in writing in advance, be used for promotional activities in connection with this Promotion. Under no circumstances are they entitled to any (financial) compensation.
- Jumbo-Visma is not liable for any (consequential) damage of participants or third parties that may arise in any way from this Promotion.
- All intellectual property concerning texts, images, layout, software or other information regarding this Promotion belong to Jumbo-Visma.
- Printing, game, typesetting or similar errors cannot be relied upon and in no way constitute an obligation for Team Jumbo-Visma.
- In cases not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Team Jumbo-Visma will decide.
- Team Jumbo-Visma reserves the right to change the promotional conditions and / or to end the promotion prematurely.
- Employees of Team Jumbo-Visma and its partners are excluded from participation.
