Promotion Terms & Conditions (The Architect Campaign)

1. These promotion terms and conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) apply to the “The Architect” campaign by Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
2. The promotion runs from April 24, 2026, up to and including May 3, 2026 (hereinafter: the “Promotion Period”).
3. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to these Terms.
4. While stocks last, or at the latest until Sunday, May 3, 2026, participants who purchase the “The Architect” shirt may add a personalization to the shirt, consisting of a first and last name.
5. It is not possible for participants to exchange or return shirts purchased as part of this promotion.
6. Participants are allowed to submit a name other than their own, provided it concerns the names of people within their immediate circle (family, friends, or colleagues).
7. After purchase, it is not possible to change the submitted name.
8. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. This includes products that are custom-made for the customer or provided with a personal addition, such as a name or race number. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery. Please also refer to the general shop terms and conditions of Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
9. The submitted name for placement on the shirt must not be offensive or otherwise sensitive in meaning or reference. Only personal names are permitted; company names, for example, are excluded. Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to refuse or modify any submitted name at any time without stating a reason.
10. The submitted name for placement on the shirt may consist of a maximum of 30 characters. The following characters are not permitted: Ř, ą, ū, ė, ğ, Ş, İ, Ś, Ż, Ž.
11. By participating in the promotion and purchasing the “The Architect” shirt, the participant grants permission for the submitted name to be printed on the shirt.
12. By participating in the promotion and purchasing the “The Architect” shirt, the participant also grants permission to Team Visma | Lease a Bike to use the submitted name in promotional materials.
13. Team Visma | Lease a Bike is not liable for any damage suffered by participants or third parties arising in any way from this promotion.
14. All intellectual property rights relating to texts, images, layout, software, or any other information regarding this promotion belong to Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
15. Printing, typographical, or similar errors cannot be held against Team Visma | Lease a Bike and do not create any obligation whatsoever.
16. In cases not covered by these Terms, Team Visma | Lease a Bike will make the final decision.
17. Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to amend these Terms during the Promotion Period and/or to terminate the promotion prematurely.
18. Team Visma | Lease a Bike notes in advance that its riders may participate in the Tour de France wearing a jersey other than “The Swarm.” This may occur, for example, when a rider is required to wear a leader’s jersey or a national champion’s jersey.
19. Team Visma | Lease a Bike reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion at any time if it believes that a participant has violated one or more participation conditions, provided incorrect or incomplete information, or violated any applicable laws.
