Wout van Aert crowned himself Belgian champion last Sunday. The Belgian is on the eve of a busy summer with the Tour and Games. The run didn't quite go according to plan. During his postponed training camp at Sierra Nevada, he looked back on his appendicitis and ahead of what's to come.
