When do I receive the jersey?
The jersey was being sold as a pre-order. We will ship the Tour jersey to you in early July. It is possible that we will deliver a little earlier when all your ordered items are already in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation of this.
My name is not completely visible
The names are printed in random order in 3 or 4 spots on the jersey. It is possible that your name is printed correctly in another position. Your name appears multiple times on the front or back and forms the swarm on the shirt along with the names of the other fans.
There is a big L on the back of the cycling jersey, is this correct?
Yes, this is the logo of our partner Founders of Loyalty.
Until when can I buy the personalized jersey?
This was possible until April 30, 2025. After that there is no more possibility to buy a jersey with your name on it. From the Tour start you can buy a jersey again, but it will not contain names on the jersey.
Is returning or exchanging for another size possible?
Because the jersey is personalized we do not have other sizes available. So unfortunately this is not possible. See also our terms and conditions.
I see there is a typo in the name that will be printed on the shirt. Can I adjust this?
Unfortunately, this is no longer possible.
Can I end up on the jersey of Jonas, Wout or any other specific rider?
Your name will be on the jersey of one of our riders. It is not possible to indicate with which rider you will be on the shirt. See also our terms and conditions.
I have given the wrong address. Can I adjust this?
We can adjust it in our system. Please send an email to shop@teamvismaleaseabike.com.
I have not received a confirmation email. How can I get these?
Please send an email to shop@teamvismaleaseabike.com. We will send you the confirmation.
I want to add a name of a friend / girlfriend or family member
That is certainly possible. You can enter the desired name at 'name on shirt' on the product page. Please note that the name must comply with our terms and conditions.
The given name for placement on the shirt may not have an offensive or otherwise sensitive meaning or reference. Names of well-known personalities, athletes or cyclists are also excluded. In addition, only personal names may be used and company names, for example, are excluded from participation. Team Visma | Lease a Bike may refuse or change a particular name at any time without giving reasons.
Can I add the name of a cyclist?

Can I still cancel the order of my jersey?
Since the jersey is personalized, unfortunately this is not possible. See also our terms and conditions.
I have ordered other items with the jersey, can I receive these items already?
All items will be shipped to you in one shipment. When your jersey is in stock, your order will be shipped including all other items that have been ordered.
