About Bart Lemmen
Bart Lemmen will ride for Team Visma | Lease a Bike starting in 2024. The former professional soldier only turned pro at the age of 27 with the American team Human Powered Health. In his first season for the Dutch cycling team, Lemmen immediately showed his class in the biggest races. Starting with a strong fifth place in the Tour Down Under. During the Tour de France, Lemmen gains confidence and played an important role in the second place of leader Jonas Vingegaard. At the end of his first year of cycling in the World Tour, Lemmen even is selected to represent the Dutch team at the World Championships. The professional soldier of yesteryear is under contract with the Dutch formation until the end of 2025.
