About Marion Bunel
Bunel is regarded as one of cycling's greatest talents. As well as winning the Tour de l'Avenir in 2024, the French rider took two stage wins. A few weeks before, she already showed her class to the general crowd. In the Tour de France Femmes the only 20-year-old rider finished third in the youth classification, and the year after she helped Pauline Ferrand-Prévot to victory with a memorable performance of the queen stage to Col de la Madeleine. She finished off 2025 by taking another podium in the Tour de l'Avenir. In 2026, she finished third in the Vuelta, taking the white jersey. Bunel has signed a contract with Team Visma | Lease a Bike for three seasons until 2027.
