About Menno Huising
Menno Huising has been a rider with Team Visma | Lease a Bike Development since January 1, 2023. In his junior days, Huising was part of CyclingClassNL, the initiative of the KNWU, NOC*NSF, and Team Visma | Lease a Bike, which focuses on the professional coaching and development of talented athletes. He will become the first rider to progress through that pathway to the World Tour, as Huising immediately signed for an extended stay with the World Tour team during his first year with the team. That deal goes into effect in 2025. Before making the switch, Huising showcased his climbing abilities in 2024 by finishing second in the overall classification at the challenging Ronde de l'Isard.
