About Marianne Vos

Vos was barely six years old when she started cycling. She got the love for cycling from her father and older brother. Vos proved to be a talent on the road, on the track and in the field. She won her first cyclo-cross world title in 2006, at the age of nineteen. That same year she also won her first World Championship on the road. She now has thirteen world championships to her name and she won two Olympic golden medals. In 2022 and 2024, she won the green jersey in Tour de France Femmes. In 2024, at age 36, she rode an impressive classics season with wins in Omloop het Nieuwsblad, Dwars door Vlaanderen and the Amstel Gold Race, and the year after, she triumphed on the first stage of the Tour de France Femmes and spent several days in yellow, before helping her teammate Pauline Ferrand-Prévot to the overall victory.
